Our Training

Our work is about self-realisation. We are not there to tell participants the company guidelines, rules or code of conduct; we are there to support them in exploring how they act and behave in order to create better outcomes.

Bringing in psychological principles from fields such as Transactional Analysis, NLP, CBT and mindfulness means that every training is unique in guiding a group to a place of self-awareness.

Whether you are booking a reactive training to help address issues that have occurred, or a proactive training to provide insights and protection for your team, we can help.

In-house Bespoke Professional Boundaries Training

Need specific training that encompasses the principles of professional boundaries?

Our tailored professional boundaries training will help you and your team to understand the importance of good boundaries, the impact on work/life when the boundaries are out of balance, and how to ensure a consistent approach.

One to One Professional Boundaries Coaching and Support

This training often arises after a crossing of professional boundaries, disciplinary meetings or a break in the code of conduct, whether formal or informal. We provide a personalised coaching and supervisory service for individuals.

Each case is unique, and our focus of attention is with the participant and providing them with the time and space to ensure that boundaries are in place should a similar set of circumstances occur in the future.

After the initial coaching session (2 hrs) organisations can opt to keep us involved on an ongoing basis in a more supervisory role.

Peer Group Coaching

Harness the power of like-minded people coming together to discuss a topic with honesty and in confidence.

Our peer group coaching sessions enable this to happen.  Designed as a follow-up to the initial training, sessions enable the participants to talk through real life examples and get advice from their peers.

These sessions are facilitated by Andy and often involve an expert/mentor from the organisation attending to share their own experiences of issues caused by boundaries and how they have dealt with them.  Utilising a principle of NLP which is that there is no failure, only feedback, means that the group feel empowered to seek support in the future when issues come up, rather than avoiding talking about issues for fear of it affecting the way people view them.

This co-creation method of coaching works well within organisations and we’d highly recommend this around 6-10 weeks after the delivery of the initial training and then on an ongoing basis.
